About
A practice built around relevance.
Krohaven connects organisations when there is a genuine reason for them to speak. That is the whole remit — and the discipline is in what we choose not to introduce.
What we are
Introductions, considered one at a time.
Most business relationships that matter began with someone who knew the reason two parties should speak. Krohaven does that deliberately: we take a stated need — a capability to source, an opportunity to place, a partnership worth exploring — and identify the organisations genuinely positioned to respond.
When there is a meaningful fit, both sides are introduced directly and given the context they need for the first conversation to be worth having. From that point the relationship is theirs.
We do not run campaigns, sell lists, or measure our work by volume. The value is in the judgement applied before an introduction is made.
How we work
Four things we hold to.
We start from the requirement
Nothing useful comes from a generic list. The work begins with what an organisation is actually trying to do, and the constraints around it.
We introduce, then step back
Krohaven facilitates the connection. The relationship, the terms and the outcome belong to the parties involved.
We keep it discreet
Enquiries are handled privately. We do not broadcast requirements or publish who we have spoken to.
We would rather say no
If there is no relevant connection to make, we say so. An introduction without a reason costs both sides time.
Relevance is the only thing that makes an introduction worth accepting. Everything else is noise arriving politely.

A short description of the need is enough to begin. If there is a relevant connection, we will come back to you.
